Yes. Remote support (monitoring, phone help and remote access) covers all of Bulgaria. We visit clients on site in Sofia, and outside Sofia by arrangement for an extra travel fee. We work with businesses only.
Yes. Our office is in Sofia, in Mladost 4 (87 Alexander Malinov Blvd.), next to Business Park Sofia, so we reach companies in the area on site especially quickly. We work with companies across Sofia and all of Bulgaria, remotely and on site. We work with businesses only.
Yes. Every quote we send comes with no obligation. Describe your environment (number of computers, servers and offices) and we will send you a quote. We work mainly on a monthly subscription; one-off tasks we take on by exception, after a conversation.
Yes. We work with companies that have no IT team and with those that have their own IT but need extra technical capacity. The service is part of our subscription IT support - if you are not a client yet, we start with a conversation about your needs and a suitable plan.
