1. General information

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between "Helpdesk Bulgaria" with UIC 131375647 (hereinafter: "Provider") and individuals and legal entities (hereinafter: "User") who use the services and content of the website helpdesk.bg.
1.2. Access to the website means that the User accepts and agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Services and conclusion of a contract

2.1. The Provider provides IT services, consultations, technical support and related services based on individual agreements between the parties.
2.2. The contract between the User and the Provider is concluded by accepting an offer sent and/or signed by the parties, or by confirming a service request by email or through the website platform.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

3.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the services professionally and in a manner consistent with good practices in the IT field.
3.2. The User undertakes to provide true and complete information necessary for the performance of the service, as well as to pay the remuneration under the terms of the concluded contract.

4. Limitation of liability

4.1. The Provider is not liable for direct or indirect damage, loss of data or loss of income arising from the use or inability to use the services, except in cases of intentional violation.
4.2. The User agrees that the services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or force majeure circumstances.

5. Confidentiality and data protection

5.1. The User's personal data is processed in accordance with the Site Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms and conditions.
5.2. The User declares that he is familiar with and accepts the way personal data is processed, described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

6.1. The Provider may update these General Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the new version on the site with a specified effective date.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

7.1. These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
7.2. All disputes arising in connection with the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
