Our subscription IT support costs from EUR 20 to 40 per computer per month excl. VAT, depending on response time and on-site visits. Server: from EUR 50 per month for a basic file server; for virtualization, complex systems and specific applications the price is quoted after a review. We work only with businesses, mainly on a monthly subscription, from 1 computer upward.

Which plan should I choose?
Remote
You have up to 10 computers and can work without on-site visits. Response up to 8 hours.
Standard
You want response within 2 hours and up to 2 on-site visits per month. Also suitable for more than 10 computers.
Professional
You depend on your computers and want response within 1 hour, unlimited visits and the NIS2 package (EDR + SIEM).

We also sell Microsoft 365 licences. Prices are per user per month, excluding VAT, with an annual commitment, and are not discounted.

Payment and setup
- IT support subscription clients: monthly payment with an annual commitment, or prepayment for a year. Setup and migration to Microsoft 365 are included.
- Licences only, without a subscription: prepayment for 1 year. Setup and migration by arrangement.

Call usFor 10 computers the price is EUR 200 per month excl. VAT on the Remote plan, EUR 300 on Standard and EUR 400 on Professional. With one basic file server the total is EUR 250, 350 or 450 per month excl. VAT.
With us, the outsourced IT department is our subscription support: you pay monthly per computer, with no salary, social security, leave or training costs for an employee. Example: a company with 8 computers and one file server pays EUR 210 per month excl. VAT on the Remote plan (8 x 20 + 50), EUR 290 on Standard (8 x 30 + 50) and EUR 370 on Professional (8 x 40 + 50). The exact amount depends on the servers and systems, and we confirm it after a short review of your environment.
From €3.50 per user per month excl. VAT for business email (Exchange Online Plan 1) to €19.06 for Microsoft 365 Business Premium. The most chosen Business Standard is €12.13. Prices are with an annual commitment and not discounted. For IT support subscription clients, setup and migration are included.
